lily ponds

I know lilies don't like moving water, I have mine in a separate pond where
there's no waterfall or circulation. But I wonder how healthy all that
stagnant water is. Would they mind an airstone?

Any thoughts?

healthy for who? Most ponds in nature don't have airstones. Put some
oxygenating plants in.
