Treatment of cement for waterfall

Hi
i feel certain that this has been asked numerous times but I have failed
to find the answer in Googles archives. I wish to use cement around a
waterfall area and understand that it needs to be treated to prevent the
water being contaminated. What is the treatment/product please?

Since nobody has come forwward..

Cement is mosly lime based. Unless you are tryimg to keep your pond soft,
a smal amount of cement is not going to do much harm.

I've done much the same with a waterfal and taken no precautions. Cement
is not exactly poisonous!
